Services are offered virtually for your convenience. Therapy services are available to clients located in North Carolina, while coaching and consulting services are available nationwide and internationally.

All sessions are held online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join for therapy from anywhere in North Carolina, or be coached or consulted nationally or internationally. All you need is a quiet space in an environment of comfort.
